Plancha Diner
Plancha Diner is a fictional restaurant concept developed to explore my branding process from the ground up. I started by defining the tone—nostalgic, bold, and a little gritty—then built a flexible identity system with custom logo design, type, color, and applications across menus, signage, and social.
This was an exercise in creating a brand that feels real, with a clear point of view and consistent visuals across touchpoints. I treated it like a client project: strategy first, then systems, then execution.
